About

Welcome to The Premeditated Way—a lifestyle rooted in Christ-like intentionality, anchored in the life-giving message of Premeditated Forgiveness. Until now, you’ve probably only seen the word premeditated used in a negative context, and paired with only one other word. But we’re flipping the script. We are choosing to walk with Jesus in a new and better way: one that intentionally removes the heavy burdens of unforgiveness, offense, anger, pain, sickness, stress, broken relationships, and more. The Premeditated Way is a deliberate, Spirit-led lifestyle—a path of goodness, healing, and freedom. It is more than a message—it’s a movement. So, come along and join us in this daily practice of Premeditated Forgiveness.

OUR STORY

During the 2020 COVID church shutdown, something unexpected changed my life forever.

While watching an online church broadcast, my pastor’s wife mentioned a book she had just finished: Unoffendable by Brant Hansen. The title immediately struck me. I stopped listening, downloaded it on Audible, and started to listen.

And I didn’t stop.

I listened while I drove, cleaned, cooked—you name it. It was as if God had placed the book on repeat in my spirit. Over and over, scriptures like Ephesians 4:32, James 1:19-25, and Matthew 23:23-28 came alive. They illuminated what it meant to truly follow Jesus through forgiveness. That message wasn’t just for me. Soon, a group of girlfriends and I started our own journey toward becoming Unoffendable—and what a journey of sanctification it’s been. The subtitle of the book says it all: “How just one change can make all of life better.” That one change deepened my walk with Christ and shaped a new perspective on daily living.

Earlier this year, I hosted two small group studies using Unoffendable and its companion workbook. During the first meeting, Brant Hansen made a simple but profound statement: “Practice a lifestyle of forgiveness... Decide at the beginning of the day to forgive everyone who would offend us.” That statement hit me like lightning. I instantly thought, "Premeditated Forgiveness." The phrase reminded me of another life-changing book I had found in a thrift store years earlier: Premeditated Mercy. That night, I ended our session with those two words—Premeditated Forgiveness—engraved on my heart. Since then, the Holy Spirit has stirred me to build something from it.

This message is not just mine—it’s meant for everyone.

I believe our world is starving for a preplanned, Christ-centered response to offense. And isn’t that exactly what Jesus did for us? He forgave us before we ever knew to ask.

Through intentional living, spiritual growth, and Christ-centered community, we are cultivating hearts that release offense, embrace healing, and walk in freedom. Our goal is to inspire and equip individuals to live a lifestyle of Premeditated Forgiveness—transforming lives, relationships, and communities through God’s love.
